No. We designed Track-POD to be as simple as possible, to spare you the hassle of integrating different systems just to manage and analyze your deliveries and routes. Simply use our web forms to add your orders and routes or import your manifest file (CSV) into our system. If you require more automation, you can always integrate your system with Track-POD via our standard API.

Our delivery management portal supports the most popular browsers such as Internet Explorer (version 8 and above), Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on macOS.

Definitely, you can run the backend portal on your macOS, as you only need an Internet browser. Also, you can use iPhone. Just download our mobile application on App Store.

We offer two pricing models to help you be flexible and scale when you're ready. Choose to pay per vehicle/driver (starting at $29/mo with an annual subscription) or per order ($0.12-$0.19 per task). There are no add-ons or paid integrations as all Track-POD features come out of the box.

Yes, in fact, we have many clients that use Track-POD for Proof of Service. Our app can capture the arrival and departure time, photos of any issues, and reasons for the non-completion of tasks. For example, you can capture the time you started a field service, take a photo upon the delivery of your work, and finally record the delivery time and collect the e-signature of your customer.

You will be able to follow the delivery progress live on the web dashboard screen, see the statuses of all your tasks, and filter/look up individual jobs.

Yes. Track-POD allows you to enter delivery details such as route and order number, address, client name, delivery time, order details, and delivery items (SKU description, quantity). Your driver or carrier will be able to record the reason for every rejected item and capture signature/photo POD and automatically send them back to your Track-POD dashboard portal for instant updates.

You can use Track-POD to perform very complex route planning with several arrival locations and multiple deliveries at the same location. Every waypoint is differentiated by address description. Each waypoint can consist of any orders for delivery that have unique order numbers and details such as client name, SKU, qty, address, and more.

Yes. Track-POD is an ideal route planning tool with a delivery driver app. You can use any number of departure locations. We know that it is very important for retail chains, restaurants, food delivery chains, and shops to have several points of departure. Track-POD supports multiple depots as well as driver home addresses as points of departure/return.

Yes. You will see both successful and unsuccessful deliveries or jobs in the Track-POD web dashboard. You will also know when the driver submitted the POD.

No. There is no need to print barcodes or QR codes on your invoices, delivery orders, or waybills. Track-POD works out of the box on its own, allowing your drivers to easily identify and submit electronic POD for every delivery with just a few taps.

No, Track-POD doesn't offer live traffic data because it's only suitable for simple routes from A to B. Live traffic updates are not compatible with multi-stop routes, and here's why.

  1. Drivers' working time - using live traffic data, drivers will deviate from their optimized routes, which can result in longer working times.
  2. Customers' time slots - deviation from the route will make it very hard to meet pre-calculated time slots.
  3. Dock scheduling - businesses that need to be on a dock schedule will lose time if unable to meet their slot for unloading.
