We've now talked to a developer, a customer success guru, a QA engineer, and a business analyst. Meet Mindaugas Dailidė, an Account Executive at Track-POD.


How long have you been working in sales?

14 years.

What made you choose Track-POD over other companies?

How can you tell when Track-POD is a perfect fit for the customer?

Well, it takes a lot of questions over emails, calls, and meetings to qualify customers’ requirements correctly, to disclose their real pains. Once this is done, I just show how we can cover it and let the customers see it for themselves.

What's the best part of your job?

The feeling that we are on the same page with the customer.

What's the most challenging part of your job?

I want to make sure customers receive all the information they need. Sometimes it is difficult not to slip to the area which is not really relevant to the customers and not to provide too much information.

What's one thing about Track-POD you wish more people knew?

I'd highlight three things.
